Valentine's Day Dinner

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a delectable four course dinner and beer pairing for two in the intimate setting of our Brewer’s Lounge.

Each reservation is good for two guests and includes commemorative DeadBeach glassware, chocolate covered strawberries and two roses.

Two seating times are available, 5:30pm and 7:30pm on Friday, February 14th. Advanced tickets are available now for $120 per couple (plus taxes and fees) and are on sale now. The advanced ticket price is available through Friday, February 7th, or until the tickets are sold out. Ticket pricing jumps to $150 per couple (plus taxes and fees) on Saturday, February 8th through Tuesday, February 11 at 9pm***.

Valentine’s Dinner Menu

Course One

Mini Chip Party | shared appetizer designed to mix & match ingredients to make every bite as different & unique as you. House tostada chips, toasted sourdough, hand-cut kettle chips, DB Pico de Gallo, smashed avocado, & made from scratch crème fraiche paired with our house made chorizo, smoked & braised maple pork, Abuela Stout bacon onion jam, & our smokey black bean salsa​

Paired with Poppin’ Pils, Czech pilsner brewed with Eastern European grain, pilsner malts, Saaz hops & our house lager yeast​

Course Two

Red Pepper Bisque | fire roasted red, orange & yellow bell peppers with heavy cream, aged parmesan, Pecorino Romano, & a touch to Toma! to create a creamy & smooth bisque loaded with flavor. Finished off with house croutons, crème fraiche, & green onions​

Wood Grilled Ceasar Salad | half romaine heart, grilled over an open fire with a blend of hickory, pecan, oak & mesquite wood, served with a made from scratch IPA Ceaser Dressing, finished off with house croutons & 24 month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano​

Paired with ChihuaHefe, German Hefeweizen with notes of cloves & banana that create a light-bodied beer with a wheat forward finish​

Course Three

Brisket Abuelington | 10-hour smoked brisket, enclosed in a puff pastry layered with an Abuela Stout & balsamic vinegar marinated portabella mushroom, Hatch green chile & house chorizo duxelles & baked to perfection, served with pan seared asparagus & a hand-crafted rosemary & garlic roasted potato rose ​

Paired with Cuffing Season, Vienna Lager brewed with roasted malts, & seasonal spices that create a touch of sweetness & a copper hue finish​

Course Four

Golden Stout Crème Brûlée | Golden Stout infused creamy custard with a caramelized sugar shell for a satisfying crack when you dive in, served with fresh berries.​

Paired with Are they made from real Girl Scouts, all the sweetness & flavor of our Golden Stout blended with Girl Scout Caramel deLites
